Code Your Dreams develops a pipeline of youth and adults from diverse backgrounds to enter tech careers.
Our project-based and student-centered programs enable students to be the change-makers we know they are through code.
Code Your Dreams offers an unmatched curriculum for students starting in elementary school through adulthood. Multi-year programs bring students from no coding experience to advanced competency.
Students participate in Design Thinking workshops to each identify a relevant problem in their community and a technological solution.
Students learn the essentials of User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) Design and perform user research in their communities in order to wireframe and prototype their applications.
Students are introduced to coding in an intuitive and experiential manner in order to code their applications into a reality.
Students learn communication and presentations essentials in order to pitch their brilliant applications during a final showcase celebration.

"My name is Bri and I’m the Founder and Executive Director at Code Your Dreams. I am a former Data Scientist in the technology sector. I earned my degree from the University of Chicago, where I returned as the Program Director for Careers in Computer Science. I am passionate about giving every student the inspiration and empowerment to create the change they wish to see in the world."
